Hertelendi-Baer castle, Bočar

The Hertelendi project aimed to transform the existing site into a versatile complex catering to the educational, recreational, and social needs of children aged 6 to 11. Through a combination of reconstruction, expansion, and new construction, the project enhanced the facilities to facilitate educational programs, relaxation, outdoor activities, and social interaction. Renovation work included refurbishing the existing castle, constructing new buildings for accommodation, recreation, and administrative purposes, as well as providing amenities such as a caretaker's residence and toolshed. Additionally, the complex features two playgrounds and extensive landscaped areas, spanning a total area of 17,188.00 square meters.
